This week’s class theme is Technique.
Join David for a virtual technique class! Material will range in styles from release-based post-modern work to an eclectic standing modern class. Concepts such as a weighted and grounded approach to movement, harnessing the body's momentum and force, emphasis on intent and focus, and compositional choices through improvisation will all be included (and maybe even some disco?). David will adjust to your space.
